Addictions Supportive Housing (ASH)

Program Description

An addiction supportive housing program offering eight self-contained housing units together with intensive wraparound case management service that address substance use from a geriatric harm reduction model. The program allows individuals to reach their substance use treatment goals and access the other services they require in order to improve their quality of life.
