Program Description

This program is an eating disorder clinic and provides assessment and treatment in the form of group and individual therapy, education, as well as support to families and friends of the referred individual. Service provided by an interdisciplinary team including dietician, registered nurse, nurse practitioner, social worker, psychiatrist, occupational therapist and psychologist.

Access Information

Physician's referral required. Complete online referral form. Referrals are coordinated through the outpatient central intake and are accepted from community physicians. Following initial referral, a specific telephone intake is completed prior to the first interview.
