Bed-Based Treatment - Substance Use
Program includes addiction treatment, relapse prevention, stage one trauma treatment, and a nurturing/parenting program and is a provincial resource that provides obstetrical and addiction medical services specializing in high-risk pregnancies. There are four dedicated Early Childhood Development (ECD) beds for women living within the Home and Community Care Support Services Erie St. Clair Region, who are struggling with addiction, who are pregnant or have just given birth (within 2 months).
Referrals accepted from all sources. Call to access services. GAIN Q3 MI ONT Assessment is required.
All individuals must have completed assessment, including the GAIN-Q3 MI within six months prior to admission. Individuals must be stabilized at least three to five days prior to entering treatment. Individuals eligible to access the Early Childhood Development (ECD) beds are exempt from intake requirements and intake is possible at any time during the program for this priority population.
