Program Description

Community Treatment Order (CTO) program assists individuals by providing treatment, care and supervision in the community instead of a longer stay in hospital or as an alternative to being hospitalized. The CTO plan includes intensive case management supports and identifies what the individual and their supports (e.g. family, friends, and health care professionals) must do to help them stay well and out of hospital.

Access Information

External Physicians, Psychiatrists, and Community Physicians may refer to the CTO Coordinator who will ensure eligibility to the program.
