Early Psychosis Intervention
Early Intervention for Psychosis Program supports individuals who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis and strives to minimize the impact of psychosis through early diagnosis, treatment and support. Services include a comprehensive assessment, referral to appropriate community resources, and ongoing case management support. Education and guidance is provided to the individual as well as to their identified family members.
Referrals accepted from all sources including self, family, and service providers. Call to speak with a Coordinated Access worker, fax or fill out the online referral form.
Specific Eligibility Criteria: Individuals who are experiencing early psychosis and who have not received previous treatment for psychosis or have not received treatment for psychosis for more than six months prior to entering the program.
