The Concurrent Disorder Program provides ongoing support to individuals who are experiencing addiction and mental health issues. The program currently offers both individual and group counselling and support.

Access Information

Referrals accepted from all sources including self, family, and service providers. Call to speak with a Coordinated Access worker, fax or fill out the online referral form.
