Program Description

Lifestyle Enrichment for Senior Adults (LESA) is a bilingual community-based addictions treatment counselling program for adults wanting to address alcohol and substance use and/or problem gambling. Program provides individual counselling, group counselling, and/or access to other support groups as needed. Some capacity to provide in home counselling for older adults with mobility issues.

Self-referrals accepted and assessments are completed by the program intake worker. Call or email for more information. Referrals can also come through Access MHA.
