Assertive Community Treatment Teams (ACTT)

Program Description

Treatment is provided to individuals with persistent and recurring mental illness. Priority is given to frequent users of mental health services who require a high level of support due to symptoms of a serious mental illness.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from mental health care facilities, family and/or community providers.
Individuals must meet criteria for admission and be under the direct care and supervision of a psychiatrist.
