Addictions Supportive Housing (ASH)
The Supportive Housing Program assists individuals with substance use issues who are homeless, at risk of being homeless, or are marginally housed who want to make positive changes in their lives. The program provides stable housing linked to support services and intensive case management that is flexible to meet individuals' needs, goals and service plans.
To access this program, fill out the AccessMHA online referral form. For individuals who do not have internet access, or who prefer to call, call directly to book an appointment.
