The Mental Health Youth Patient Navigator supports families, the community, and service providers to ensure that the individualized needs of youth are addressed with suitable supports.

Self-referrals are preferred, and referrals from organizations, professionals, and family members are also accepted. Please call and an intake appointment will be confirmed to discuss services.
