Peer/Self-Help - Mental Health

Program Description

Provides peer support to individuals and families affected by depression, bipolar disorder and other related mood disorders. Offers telephone support, information and referral, public education, resource materials and anti-stigma workshops, and presentations in the community.

Regular peer support groups are offered virtually across the province.
In-person support is offered in Toronto.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals.
Please contact the telephone support line for information and to register.
Individuals may also register by completing the online referral form.
