Program Description

Provides one-to-one support for individuals living with a mental health challenge, or supporting somebody else who lives with a mental health challenge. Support individuals who are interested in receiving support and working on an area of difficulty they are currently coping with.

Referrals accepted from all sources. Program is free of charge and no diagnosis is required.
