Family Support - Problem Gambling

Program Description

The family member program provides group counselling and education for family members and those concerned about someone else's gambling or behavioural addictions. Individual family counselling may be available, on a case-by-case basis.

The focus of this service is to assist in many areas including but not limited to:
- education and awareness
- coping with the effects of individuals who do not want to change their behaviours
- examining role of the problematic behaviour within family dynamics and relationships
- developing coping skills for stress management.

Access Information

Self referrals are accepted. Please call for an initial appointment.

Virtual options are available once an initial in-person appointment has been completed.
