Program Description

The Psychogeriatric Resource Consultant (PRC) provides education, capacity building, assessment, and consultation regarding older adults with increasing complex physical, cognitive and mental health needs associated with difficult to manage responsive behaviours in various community settings.

Referrals to this program are made by self, or through Specialized Geriatric Services (SGS) or other community organizations.
