Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

Supportive housing provides housing assistance and supports to individuals with mental health and addictions concerns. Specialized streams of support include dual diagnosis, justice, older adults, general mental health, alternative dispute resolution, addictions, hoarding, trauma support and trustee assistance.

Anyone can refer. All referrals are processed through SHIP Central Intake & Access.
