Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

SHIP's support within housing services assist clients with mental health and addictions in a variety of settings to work towards recovery goals, and living independently in the community. Having accepted a housing unit and upon signing the tenancy agreement with SHIP housing, clients are then assigned to services that matches their identified needs.

Anyone can refer. All referrals are processed through SHIP Central Intake & Access.
