Program Description

The Outreach Service is a regional outpatient service, providing mental health assessment and/or short-term treatment for children and youth living in South Central Ontario requiring more specialized service than is available from their local mental health service providers.

Access Information

Referrals, with physician support, can be made by Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Region emergency rooms, hospitals, physicians, nurse practitioners and other community partners.
