Diversion and Court Support - Mental Health

Program Description

Court Support provides services to individuals with mental illness who are involved in the justice system. Services include navigating the justice mental health systems and liaising with officers of the court. When relevant, Court Diversion staff may assist by advocating for court diversion.

Access Information

Referrals accepted from all sources. Call for referral. All diversions are jointly approved by CMHA and the crown attorney's office.
