Program Description

The peer support program is offered as a series of group sessions. The sessions are recovery focused and strength based, with the goal of identifying and sharing a series of resources and tools to add to each participants' “toolbox” towards recovery.

Access Information

Referrals accepted from all sources. Complete AccessMHA online referral form. For individuals who do not have internet access, or who prefer to call, call directly to book an appointment or come to the office to complete the referral process.
