Program Description

This program involves assessment and group psychotherapy. Groups offered include: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy group for depression, for panic disorder, and for social phobia; specialized yoga/relaxation/mindfulness group; specialized program for individuals with a co-occurring mental illness and diabetes; and an art therapy group.

Referrals accepted from all sources. Complete AccessMHA online referral form. For individuals who do not have internet access, or who prefer to call, call directly to book an appointment or come to the office to complete the referral process.
