Community-Based Withdrawal Management

Program Description

This program offers clients the opportunity to complete an in-home withdrawal. The program includes initial and continued evaluation; support and education counselling; management of in-home withdrawal; group therapy through a day program and telephone support.

Referrals accepted from all sources. Contact the Centralized Access Program. Eligible individuals must; be medically stable, have access to safe and stable housing with supports to provide monitoring, be willing to stop or significantly reduce using alcohol, drugs, and/or prescription medications.
