Program Description

The Lambton Mental Wellness Centre offers peer support through the following support groups; wellness, depression & anxiety, bipolar and the wellness recovery action plan (WRAP). The various programs and social recreation activities include; meditation, music, social groups, cooking, baking, arts and crafts, foot care, monthly lunches, pet therapy and a breakfast club.
