Program Description

The Lambton Mental Wellness Centre offers peer to peer support through the following support groups; wellness, depression & anxiety and bipolar. The various programs and social recreation activities include; meditation, music, social groups, cooking, baking, arts and crafts, foot care, monthly lunches, and a breakfast club.
the Canadian Mental Health Association is involved in the Recovery College Model.

Referrals accepted from all sources including self-referral.
