Program Description

The Mental Health Care Coordinator (MHCC) supports individuals in the community, as well as the Community Health Centre staff and psychiatrist, by providing education regarding mental health. The MHCC completes all pre consultations for psychiatrist and supports individuals during appointments.

Individuals are referred by the Community Health Centre or through community partners.
