The Metro Addiction Assessment Referral Service (MAARS) offers substance use assessment and referral services free of charge to anyone who lives in Toronto.

Access Information

Clients can self-refer to MAARS by calling Access CAMH and stating they are calling for a MAARS assessment. Third parties cannot refer without consent.
