The Metro Addiction Assessment Referral Service (MAARS) offers substance use assessment and referral services free of charge to anyone who lives in the city of Toronto.

Access Information

Clients can self-refer to MAARS by calling Access CAMH and stating they are calling for a MAARS assessment. Third parties cannot refer without consent.
