Program Description

This program increases access to services for individuals with opioid addictions. The program focuses on the needs of individuals and their families. The program provides case management, counselling and referral. It is based on client-centre care, takes a harm reduction approach and works collaboratively with community partners.

Access Information

Referrals accepted from all sources, including self. Complete AccessMHA online referral form. For individuals who do not have internet access, or who prefer to call, call directly to book an appointment or come to the office to complete the referral process.
