Program Description

This program provides support within housing to clients with long-standing addictions issues.

Access Information

Anyone can refer. Referrals should be directed through Halton Access to Community Housing (HATCH). Call or email for details.

individuals must be homeless or at risk of homelessness and in early stages of recovery or maintaining proven harm reductions methods with goal of abstaining from substance use at time of referral. Individuals must commit to receiving case management supports while waiting for housing.
