Community-Based Withdrawal Management
Community Withdrawal Management Services (CWMS) counsellors/case managers are available to assist individuals wanting to stop using alcohol and/or other drugs to develop a plan for safe withdrawal. Services include: screening, intake and assessment, counselling, pre-withdrawal planning, acute and post- acute withdrawal monitoring, and support and transitional case management. RN and RPN available on staff for consultation and support.
Anyone can refer. Individuals are encouraged to contact the organization directly, or referrals can be directed through one-Link.
