Program Description

ASH Program provides residents with supportive housing and the necessary intensive case management to successfully conquer substance use in a safe environment.

Access Information

Referrals can come from self or can be referred by mental health workers, staff of social agencies, and addiction service organizations. The primary issue of individuals needs to be addiction and the individual must be at risk of homelessness or currently without housing. GAIN Q3 MI ONT assessment is preferred but not a requirement for entry.
