This program offers lifestyle counselling, coaching for activities of daily living, vocational counselling. A supportive environment is provided prior to, during, and/ or following treatment.

Access Information

Call for referral. Valid health card is required. It is preferred that the GAIN Q3 MI assessment be submitted when applying for this program.
