Case Management - Substance Use

Program Description

This program is for women who are pregnant and/or parenting and are suffering from opioid use, including prescribed medication (Oxycontin, Percocet, Fentanyl), heroin and its derivatives; who is involved in a methadone maintenance program or suboxone program; or who is currently using opioids and/or other substances. Family members may also attend this program.

Access Information

Referrals accepted from all sources. A medical is not required. Appointments are booked through all three offices depending on where an individual resides. Program is open to individuals treated at other agencies.
