Program Description

The Rapid Assessment, Intervention and Treatment Program (RAIT) partners closely with primary health care practitioners to offer mental health assessments and coordinated outreach services (specialized assessments, treatment, case management or support services). This program is designed to support individuals with emerging mental health needs, primarily anxiety and depression.
