Diversion and Court Support - Mental Health

Program Description

In-reach services and follow-up care are provided to individuals in secure custody. Support and the coordination of mental health follow-up care are provided to help individuals reintegrate back into the community. Possible referral to internal services; Trustee, Vocational, Like Skills, Case Management etc. as well as a possible referral to a doctor and/or psychiatrist.

Access Information

Self referral accepted. Referrals typically come from the Southwest Detention Centre, lawyers, crown attorneys, or the court system. Call for referral.
