Program Description

This program supports older individuals with complex mental health needs and provides support to their families and other caregivers as needed. The team has a Psychiatrist, Registered Nursing, Social Work staff and an Occupational Therapist who provide assessment and treatment recommendations in a long term care setting, a retirement home or in their home.
