Program Description

Support for individuals who have experience with the mental health system as well as ongoing and persistent mental health issues that significantly impact functioning.

Services include: structured day with activities that support recovery; supported education; supported employment, including transitional employment; social and recreational programs; assistance to secure housing and community support/generic case management services for people recovering from serious mental illness.
