Program Description

A home-based program designed to meet individuals and families where they are most comfortable. This program brings professional guidance and practical strategies directly to your doorstep, helping to address challenges, strengthen relationships and build resilience.

Access Information

This program can be referred to in collaboration with a therapist by calling to book with the Pathway Navigator.

Please note, in certain cases of custody/access arrangements (i.e., joint or unspecified custody) consent by both biological parents, or a proof of sole custody will be required. All Phoenix Centre programs are a voluntary service.
