Program Description

A trauma-informed counselling program, offering a safe, compassionate space for individuals and families to heal, build coping skills, and reclaim their strength. Brave Journeys empowers participants to confront challenges and create a brighter path forward.

Access Information

Anyone can begin a referral (i.e., child, parent, family member, teacher, doctor, FCS worker etc.) by calling to book with the Pathway Navigator.

Please note, in certain cases of custody/access arrangements (i.e., joint or unspecified custody) consent by both biological parents, or a proof of sole custody will be required. All Phoenix Centre programs are a voluntary service.
