A specialized program supporting young children and caregivers by fostering secure attachment, emotional regulation and family resilience. Focused on early intervention, the program promotes healthy development and mitigates the effects of early adversity.
Anyone can begin a referral (i.e., child, parent, family member, teacher, doctor, FCS worker etc.) by calling to book with the Pathway Navigator.
Please note, in certain cases of custody/access arrangements (i.e., joint or unspecified custody) consent by both biological parents, or a proof of sole custody will be required. All Phoenix Centre programs are a voluntary service.
