Counselling and Treatment - Mental Health
Individual and family therapy (brief and long-term) for children and youth and their families. May address various mental health concerns including, but not limited to: emotion regulation, anxiety, depression, bullying, self-esteem, separation/divorce, parenting, family relationships, self-harm, and suicide ideation. Within this program, specialized treatment is available within the areas of: attachment, trauma, and intensive in-home support.
Anyone can begin a referral (i.e., child, parent, family member, teacher, doctor, FCS worker etc.) by contacting the administration team. Please note, in certain cases of custody/access arrangements (i.e., joint or unspecified custody) consent by both biological parents, or a proof of sole custody will be required. All Phoenix Centre programs are a voluntary service.
