Program Description

Huron Outreach Eating Disorders Program offers outreach counselling to individuals diagnosed with an eating disorder or engaging in eating disordered behaviours. Focus on psycho-education, as well as individual counselling for the client and family.

Access Information

Self-referrals are accepted as well as referrals from community service providers and primary care.
Self referrals can call the intake number.
Professional referrals can fill out the referral form found online, and return by fax.
