Psychosocial Rehabilitation services are offered to help support clients in developing coping skills, stress management, leisure pursuits, building self-esteem and positive relationships, and healthy living skills.

Access Information

Self-referrals accepted as well as referrals from community service providers and primary care.
Self referrals can call the intake number.
Professional referrals can fill out the referral form found online, and return by fax.
