Intensive case management services for individuals with substance use disorder using a housing first philosophy. Case managers assist individuals in finding and maintaining housing.

Self-referrals are accepted. Call for service. Referrals are managed through the Mental Health Community Support Services through Canadian Mental Health Association Ottawa Branch.
