Program Description

The Release from Custody program supports individuals with a serious mental illness, developmental disability or brain injury, who are currently housed in a correctional facility assistance, to reintegrate back into the community in a safe and supportive manner.

Access Information

Referral criteria: voluntary program for individuals in a custody or detention facility or on probation & parole that have a mental illness.
