Program Description

This is a single-session service designed to discuss presenting problems related to mental health and addiction. Will work with clients to identify their most pressing issues and discuss strategies that can lead to positive change.
Will also support the client to explore community resources & other supports.

While this is a single-session model, we will support clients when they are on a wait list for other programs. Clients will, however, need to call back at the main number to book subsequent appointments.

Individuals can call and will be connected with a counsellor.
