Addictions Supportive Housing (ASH)
The Addictions Supportive Housing (ASH) program assists clients with substance use issues who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or are marginally housed and are looking to make a positive change in their lives.
Intensive case managers will work closely with clients.
Admission criteria:
- history of substance use issues
- history of multiple entries into treatment continuum
- unable to obtain housing without support
- willing to identify harm reduction or abstinence based goal(s)
- capability and willingness to constructively participate in the ASH program.
