Provides community treatment order (CTO) coordination as well as some limited case management support for those on CTOs.

Access Information

Referrals accepted primarily from Halton Healthcare Services Mental Health Program or from North Halton Mental Health Services. Referrals may be accepted from community family physicians and psychiatrists if they are willing to play an active role in preparing and monitoring the community treatment order plan, call for details.
