Program Description

Provides community treatment order (CTO) coordination as well as some limited case management support for those on CTOs.

Access Information

Referrals come primarily from Halton Healthcare Services Schedule 1 Mental Health Program, from Joseph Brant's Schedule 1 Mental Health Program, or from North Halton Mental Health Services. Referrals will sometimes be accepted from community family physicians and psychiatrists if they are willing to play an active role in preparing and monitoring the community treatment order plan.
