Program Description

Provides opportunity for anyone with a mental illness to receive some immediate help & assistance, on a short term basis. Types of assistance offered includes assistance connecting with ODSP, OW, and PGT, assistance with ODSP eligibility reviews, problem solving, information, linkages/referrals to other services, etc.

The program provides mainly information and referral.

Access Information

Individuals can self refer or be referred by another community agency, family member, hospital, etc. Call to book an appointment. Professionals can also refer through Caredove.
