Program Description

The Central Intake and Referral Coordination (CIRC) program is the entry point to mental health and addiction services in the City of Greater Sudbury, and provides a standardized referral and screening process which streamlines access to most Health Sciences North (HSN) Mental Health and Addiction programs (excluding Crisis Intervention Program).

Services include screening and referral coordination.

Access Information

Individuals may be referred by other service or health care providers, or may self-refer in person or by phone.

Intake clinicians do a quick screener to help to determine eligibility for programs or groups.
