Program Description

Support for individuals who have completed an inpatient or outpatient treatment program, are in the action or maintenance stage of change, and have a goal of abstinence with exception of prescribed medications, taken as prescribed and under the supervision of a doctor.

Individuals can self-refer and are encouraged to contact the program directly. Referrals also accepted through one-Link.
