Support Within Housing - Mental Health

Program Description

Supportive housing program providing rent subsidized accommodation and support to people living with mental health challenges in the Scarborough community.

This service is available to men and women living with a serious mental illness who are 16 years of age or older and are homeless, or at significant risk of becoming homeless.

Access Information

Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals.

Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online.
Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
