Addictions Supportive Housing (ASH)

Program Description

Support for individuals who have trouble maintaining housing due to their substance use and are looking at making positive changes in their lives. Participants work with a housing case manager to develop an individualized housing plan and to support them in achieving their substance use goals.

Referral accepted from any source, including family and self-referral.
Referrals are through Coordinated Access with the City of London.
